The key is emailed within a few minutes from hello@bhagyabidata.com, so check your spam or promotions folder first. You don't need the email to get in: sign in on the Account page with the email address you paid with, and everything you bought opens on any phone or computer. If it still isn't there, chat with us or write to us with that email address and we'll send it again.

Paste the whole key, starting with bb1. and with nothing missing from either end. Each key opens its own product: a Match Report key opens the Match Report only, a Full Life Report key does not open the Brihat Kundli (a Brihat key opens both), and a Monthly Outlook key opens the monthly page only. If you're sure you have the right key for the right page, chat with us and we'll sort it out.

Prices are set in rupees. Our payment provider, Stripe, may show visitors outside India the price in their own currency, and some banks add a small conversion fee of their own. If the amount looks wrong, send us the email address you paid with and we'll check the payment.

Yes. Paid reports carry a 7-day money-back guarantee: if a calculation is wrong we fix it and refund you, and if you simply didn't find it useful we refund you anyway. Chat with us or write to hello@bhagyabidata.com from the email address you paid with.

Sign in on the Account page and choose Manage or cancel your subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you can't find it, ask us and we'll cancel it for you.
