Bhagya Bidata provides computer-generated astrological charts, readings, and reports based on birth details you provide. All content is offered for guidance and entertainment purposes only, as described in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter. Charts computed from inaccurate details will be inaccurate. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Paid products

When paid reports or subscriptions launch, prices, delivery, and refund terms will be stated clearly at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, digital reports carry a 7-day money-back guarantee.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use its output to harass, defraud, or harm any person.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, text, and software are owned by Bhagya Bidata. Charts and reports generated for you are yours to use personally; please don’t republish them commercially without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhagya Bidata is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content. Decisions you make remain your own.
