Terms of Service

By using bhagyabidata.com (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Bhagya Bidata provides computer-generated astrological charts, readings, and reports based on birth details you provide. All content is offered for guidance and entertainment purposes only, as described in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter. Charts computed from inaccurate details will be inaccurate. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

What you buy. The Full Life Report (₹499), the Brihat Kundli (₹999) and the Match Report (₹99) are one-off purchases of a licence key, which opens its report for up to three different charts (or, for the Match Report, three different couples) as many times as you like; the Monthly Outlook covers up to three charts in the same way. The Monthly Outlook is a subscription at ₹199 a month or ₹1,499 a year that renews until you cancel. Prices are in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes; buyers outside India paying by card may be shown the equivalent in their own currency before paying.

Delivery. Everything is digital. Your key unlocks the product on this website straight after payment and is emailed to the address you paid with, usually within minutes. Signing in with that email address on the Account page also opens everything you bought. Nothing is shipped.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, Indian cards, netbanking and wallets), by Stripe (cards, including from outside India) or by PayPal (in US dollars, for buyers outside India). We never see your card or bank details.

Refunds. One-off reports carry a 7-day money-back guarantee: if a calculation is wrong we will fix it and refund you, and if you simply did not find the report useful we will refund you anyway. Write to hello@bhagyabidata.com or use the support chat from the email address you paid with, within 7 days of buying. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days of approval.

Chart-reader question packs. Packs of 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 questions (₹49, ₹89, ₹149, ₹299, ₹499) are added to the account you are signed in to and can be used within 12 months of buying. Your 3 free questions are always used first. If the chart reader fails to answer a question because of a fault on our side, that question is given back automatically. Unused questions can be refunded within 7 days of buying, in the same way as the reports.

Cancelling the Monthly Outlook. It can be paid by card (Stripe) or by UPI Autopay or card (Razorpay). Cancel any time from the Account page or by asking us; a UPI Autopay mandate can also be stopped from your UPI app. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for, and you are not charged again.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use its output to harass, defraud, or harm any person.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, text, and software are owned by Bhagya Bidata. Charts and reports generated for you are yours to use personally; please don’t republish them commercially without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhagya Bidata is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content. Decisions you make remain your own.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
